Coast Guard sued for fatal boat crash

A wrongful death lawsuit was filed against the Coast Guard for a boat crash ending in a fatality.  The crash occurred during the San Diego Parade of Lights when a 33-foot Coast Guard rammed into a 24-foot Sea Ray.
